DSV/ROSEN’S Tank bottom Inspection tool (TBIT) is an innovative approach to preventive maintenance for storage facilities. Our tool provides high reliability in the assessment of the technical integrity of inspected tanks and enables reliable and precise measurement of the condition of tank bottoms.

The TBIT does not require any cables and is operated by a survey technician. It is ideally suited for obtaining high-resolution metal loss data on Tank plates including annular plates and in the regions close to plate welds. In addition, the remote control function of the TBIT permits inspection of restrictive installations (e.g. underneath heating coils, piping etc.)
